Role Purpose:
A Facilities Management (FM) Manager is responsible for ensuring that an organization’s physical assets, buildings, and infrastructure operate safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
Key Task and Responsibilities:

Hard Services Management (MEP & Building Infrastructure)
- Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM): Schedule and enforce daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance for HVAC, chillers, electrical panels, generators, fire protection systems, and plumbing.
- Reactive Maintenance & Helpdesk: Oversee the CAFM/CMMS system to ensure corrective maintenance work orders are assigned, tracked, and closed within target SLA resolution times.
- Building Automation Systems (BMS): Monitor BMS parameters, alarms, and temperature setpoints to optimize asset efficiency and energy use.
- Civil & Structural Repairs: Conduct routine site walkthroughs to inspect building envelope, roofing, flooring, paintwork, and general structural condition.
Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
10 years of progressive experience in facilities management, operations, or engineering,
