Job Purpose
The FM Engineer oversees the technical operation, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) infrastructure, and overall asset health of commercial, residential, or mixed-use properties. This role ensures high system uptime, optimal energy efficiency, SLA/KPI compliance, and strict adherence to local safety and authority regulations while managing day-to-day hard services operations and sub-contractor performance.

- PPM Planning & Execution: Design, schedule, and enforce the Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) program across all building assets to extend equipment lifespan and minimize downtime.
- BMS & Monitoring: Continuously monitor Building Management Systems (BMS / BAS) to track ambient conditions, adjust operational parameters, identify system alarms, and optimize energy/utility consumption.
- Condition Assessments & Lifecycle Planning: Conduct regular asset condition audits to identify deteriorating equipment, performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on major breakdowns and contributing to CAPEX / Asset Replacement strategies.
