Cleaner cum Watchman

Role Purpose:

The role of a Watchman is integral to maintaining security and smooth operations at facilities, businesses, campuses, and residential communities.

Key Task and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control entry and exit of vehicles and individuals.
• Verify identification and admission authorization of all persons seeking access.
• Conduct visual inspections of incoming and outgoing foot and vehicular traffic.
• Maintain accurate records of all visitors and contractors.
• Respond to alarms and security breaches promptly and efficiently.
• Communicate clearly with security personnel and facility managers regarding safety issues.
• Inspect and report any damage or safety violation to the relevant authorities promptly.
• Patrol the premises periodically to ensure safety and security.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Previous experience in a security or similar role.
• Familiarity with surveillance systems and security protocols.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to remain attentive and alert for long periods.
• Basic knowledge of security procedures and protocols.
• Good physical condition and ability to stand for extended periods.
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
