Ghawa Boy

Role Purpose:

 The Ghawa Boy is responsible for preparing and serving traditional Arabic coffee (Gahwa) and refreshments to guests, clients, and management while ensuring high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and professional service.

Key Task and Responsibilities:

 • Prepare and serve traditional Arabic coffee (Gahwa), tea, and refreshments to guests and management
• Ensure proper hospitality and service etiquette during meetings and guest visits
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the serving area, pantry, and coffee equipment
• Assist in arranging refreshments for meetings and events
• Ensure adequate stock of coffee, dates, cups, and other serving materials
• Follow company hygiene, safety, and service standards

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Previous experience in hospitality or as a Ghawa/Office Boy preferred
• Knowledge of traditional Arabic coffee preparation and serving etiquette• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable, courteous, and service-oriented attitude
• Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Ability to work in a professional office or hospitality environment
