Marketing Executive

Role Purpose:

As the Marketing Executive, you will need to be highly motivated and confident, with a creative flair for generating new and innovative ideas. The role will involve working closely with the central marketing team to understand the market demands of the business entities within the Khansaheb Group and translating these into effective and compelling campaigns. This is a broad role with plenty of variety, so you will need to be open to leading and supporting across a range of marketing activities. We are looking for someone with a minimum of three years’ experience who is ready to develop their career further in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company.

Key Task and Responsibilities:

Assisting in the day to day delivery of the overall Marketing Strategy and Plan

Working closely with the Marketing Manager to support the marketing team with marketing and communication initiatives.

Planning and execution of marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media management, communication and PR, branding and collateral implementation, events and internal communication

Generating ideas and highlighting opportunities for new marketing campaigns and presenting these to senior management.

Supporting with bespoke marketing and communication requirements for businesses within the group.

Assisting in the day-to-day management of budgets, specific to business entities.

Taking ownership of regular communications to all stakeholders, internal and external.

Reporting marketing results to the marketing team and other stakeholders on a regular basis.

Adhering to and enforcing of brand guidelines for use in all communications across the businesses and wider group.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

Ideally BS/MS degree in marketing, business administration

Around 2Â years marketing experience within retail of F&B businesses.

A highly motivated and creative individual with an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial marketing approach

B2C marketing experience

Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Able to multi-task and deliver under pressure.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Laser focused attention to detail

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is a plus
