Works Manager

Role Purpose:

Incumbent will be responsible for the safe and efficient execution of construction projects. He will oversee site operations, manage resources, and ensure projects meet quality standards, deadlines, and budgets. This role involves a broad range of responsibilities, including supervising workers, contractors, and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project documentation.

Key Task and Responsibilities:

Site Management: Overseeing all aspects of construction operations, including planning, scheduling, and execution of work.
Resource Management: Managing personnel, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient and timely project delivery.
Safety Management: Ensuring adherence to all safety regulations and protocols, including providing necessary training and supervision.
Quality Control: Monitoring and inspecting work to ensure it meets project specifications and quality standards.
Documentation: Maintaining accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules, and change orders.
Communication: Maintaining effective communication with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Problem Solving: Addressing issues and delays proactively and implementing solutions to ensure timely project completion.
Compliance: Ensuring adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements.
Collaboration: Working collaboratively with other members of the project team, including engineers, architects, and other construction professionals.
Cost Control: Managing project budgets and costs, and ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
Client Relations: Maintaining effective relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

Diploma or a higher education.
20+ years of experience.
Experience in Villa finishes is essential.
Should be Influencing, Negotiating & Customer Focussed
Expert in Planning, Organizing, Scheduling & Coordinating
Should be good in Decision Making, Problem Solving & Time Management.
Fluent in English – written, Oral & Presentation.
