Engineer - Landscaping

Role Purpose:

To oversee, manage, and maintain all landscaping operations within assigned FM projects, ensuring high-quality horticultural standards, sustainability practices, and client satisfaction.

Key Task and Responsibilities:

• Plan, supervise, and execute landscape maintenance activities including irrigation, pruning, pest control, and turf management.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure landscaping services align with project requirements and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Monitor health of plants and landscape elements, recommending improvements or replacements as needed.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards in all landscaping activities.
• Supervise landscaping teams and provide guidance on technical and operational issues.
• Support in preparing reports, budgets, and resource plans related to landscaping works.

Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or Landscape Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in landscaping within the FM industry.
• Good knowledge of plant species, soil types, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance.
• Strong communication, leadership, and planning skills.
