Role Purpose:
Prepare Take-off, ne/ shop drawings/ as-build drawings, layout preparation in CAD and REVIT, equipment selection, HVAC duct sizing & ESP Calculation
Key Task and Responsibilities:
- Understanding customer drawings, duct layout requirements & prepare the take-off by identifying the duct quantities along with accessories.
- Converting the customer inputs into Shop drawings using REVIT & AutoCAD.
- Preparations of plans, sections, and details design drawings.
- Prepare External Static Calculation.
- Preparation of schematic riser diagrams of HVAC Services.
- Preparation of builders’ works drawings as per shop drawings.
- Preparation of coordinated drawing with other MEP services.
- Use MS Office for compilation, commutations and reporting
Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
Technical skills:
- HVAC layouts, shop drawings, tag drawings & tag list by using REVIT & AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of Programming in Dynamo will be an advantage.
- Having skills in calculating External Static Pressure (ESP) & duct resizing based on Spiralite and Standards advantage
Soft skills:
- Quick learner & having the ability to work in a collaborative and diverse team environment.
- Working under pressure.

- HVAC Draftsman-Industrial Training Institute/DME-HVAC
