Bell Attendant

 Assist guests with luggage handling, loading, and unloading with care and professionalism during arrival and departure Greet guests warmly and provide courteous guidance throughout the hotel, including lobby, entrance, and parking areas Coordinate guest flow and movement to ensure smooth operations during peak times Maintain awareness of hotel layout, services, and amenities to provide accurate information and directions to guests Ensure guest safety and security by following established protocols and procedures Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues with a positive, solution-oriented approach Maintain a polished appearance and professional demeanor at all times Collaborate with front desk, concierge, and housekeeping teams to deliver coordinated guest service Monitor and report any maintenance concerns or safety hazards to management Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall hotel operations

Previous experience as a bellman or in the hospitality industry preferred Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Strong physical fitness to handle luggage and stand for extended periods Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or additional languages is a plus Professional appearance with meticulous attention to personal grooming and uniform standards Flexible availability to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and helpful attitude Comprehensive knowledge of Dubai’s attractions, dining scene, and local services Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of service Basic computer skills for managing guest requests and communication with other departments
